Questions, answered

Do diners need to download an app?

No. The QR code opens your menu directly in the phone's browser. It works on any modern iPhone or Android with a camera — nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

What hardware do I need?

None beyond what you already have. TableGlide runs in a browser, so any laptop, tablet or phone works for the dashboard and kitchen display. Printed QR codes are the only physical item, and we generate print-ready designs for you.

How long does setup take?

Most restaurants are live in under 10 minutes: sign up, add your menu items, generate and print QR codes, and start taking orders. No integrations to configure.

Can guests still pay at the counter?

Yes. Pay-at-counter is the default. If you turn on online payments, guests can also pay by UPI, card or netbanking — and that money goes straight to your own payment account, not ours.

Does it replace my POS?

TableGlide handles QR ordering, the kitchen display, menu management and reporting. Many restaurants run it alongside an existing POS or till for cash and card payments taken at the counter.

Can I change prices and dishes any time?

Yes — edits go live immediately. Toggle a sold-out dish off and guests stop seeing it straight away. No reprinting menus.

Is my data safe?

Every restaurant's data is isolated from every other. Connections are encrypted, all APIs are rate-limited, inputs are sanitised, and backups run automatically.
